Greetings! 

This week, January 23-January 27 is Cornerstone's Yellow Ribbon Week. The Yellow Ribbon Week Team (Maggie Heisler and Stephanie Goodman) have organized several activities for our students. Each and every day we practice respect for others and being responsible. Yellow Ribbon Week is a great time to learn anti-bullying strategies and how to be a good friend to others. I look forward to hearing the stories and discussions in our classrooms next week. Teaching Parents are reminded to be on the lookout for our Cornerstone students demonstrating acts of kindness, tolerance, and friendship. Wouldn't it be great if our students were able to recognize bullying behavior on the playground and intervene to stop the unkindness? Please give out KUDOS when you see such outstanding behavior.
