- $23,000,000 raised in Spring 2006
- $7,000,000 raised in Fall 2009
- 5.64% projected annual rate of growth in assessed valuation
- 22 years of additional tax rate of $2.43 per $100,000
- 6 year of additional tax rate of $18.90 per $100,000 after 2028 final maturity of Measure K Bonds
- Interest rates current as of present-day municipal bond market conditions plus .25%
- If passed, Peninsula taxpayers will pay taxes for six more years than existing Measure K General Obligation bond program
