Lessons From A Cycle Coach Named Jeff

I try to squeeze in workouts whenever possible at the local LA Fitness.  Like most people, I feel better when I have the opportunity to do something physical and clear my mind.  It is common for me to ride the stationary bike for a little while before starting my ‘real’ workout to loosen up.  I am sometimes guilty of being completely oblivious to things when I put on my headphones and focus.  I had one of those moments recently when I entered the Cycle Room for a warm up and found it loaded with people taking a class.  I considered turning around and running for the weight room, but decided to pretend like I was there on purpose and jumped on a bike…like a pro.
