For hardware problems: be sure to include make and model of hardware.

For software problems, include name and version of software and nature of problem : (i.e. when I drag the edit menu down in MS Word, the software crashes/ the program will not save my file/ my monitor won't turn on/ I can't print my attendance records from abi but I can print other documents.)

Try to be as specific as possible when describing the problem. Include any error messages you received.
