AP English Language AP English Language is a class offered to seniors only. Unlike the AP English Literature, anyone may choose to take this class. It is not, however, an easy class, and the AP exam given each year in May is difficult. Students need to be committed to an extra work load. 68% of Mr. Hoeger's AP students passed the exam with a 3 or higher last year, '98-'99. Naturally, our goal this year is to top that.
